Storytelling with Audio is a five-week workshop series designed to give you the skills to tell your own audio stories. Award-winning audio producer Alex Lewis will lead this course that will cover different styles and genres of audio storytelling, writing for radio, story structure, interviewing skills, and the basics of recording and editing audio. Participants will be introduced to a wide-range of audio documentaries, radio stories, and audio art (a good pair of headphones is recommended). The workshop will also include conversations about working in the audio storytelling industry - from public media to podcast companies. 

All particpants will come away with valuable audio production skills, new ideas about storytelling, and knowledge about the radio & podcast industry. No prior experience necessary, but familiarity with computers is required.
