Learn how to edit, retouch, paint, manipulate and create still images using the industry standard graphic design program, Adobe Photoshop. Quickly become familiarized with Photoshop's interface and workflow. This class is useful for anyone wanting to create graphics for print, web and video. General computer literacy is required. Recommended for those interested in the Autodesk Maya 3D workshop.

Laureen Griffin is a multi-media artist who since 2002 has been actively pursuing her vision for re-presenting notions of feminine beauty through video, photography and printmaking while leading video and photography projects with diverse participants such as families in transitional housing and youth in Camden City, West Philadelphia and North East High School students of Arab and Palestinian descent. In 2007 she received the Leeway Foundation Transformation Award and was an artist in residence at the 40th St. AIRSPACE. She received her MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Art and her BFA from Syracuse University.
