Linda Blackaby Conducts 2 Master Classes

Linda Blackaby is a media arts programmer whose influence can be felt in just about every step of the ecology of the independent film world: funding, production, exhibition, promotion, and distribution. Linda has been Director of Programming for the San Francisco International Film Festival and Co-Director of Programming for the Hampton’s International Film Festival. Here in Philadelphia, Blackaby founded and directed the Neighborhood Film/Video Project for 22 years and the Philadelphia Festival of World Cinema. It is a rare privilege to have her at Scribe to talk about festivals from both a filmmaker’s and a programmer’s perspective.
