Does it Make Us Stronger? - Critiquing The Movies

In conjunction with B. Ruby Rich’s master class, we invite writers to view and critique the films listed below.  Use these questions as guidelines:  “How does this film address issues faced by Philadelphians today?”  “Through style, approach or content – what does this film teach us that’s useful?” and “Does it make us stronger?” Your essay/critique should be 500 words or less. We will post selected entries on our website, as well as on local culture blogs.

Please send your critique to filmreview (at) scribe.org by October 23, 5:00 pm.
