This workshop is designed to give participants a firm foundation in the basics of radio production and storytelling. Topics to be covered include using sound to tell a story, how to conduct and record interviews, field recording, sound editing and preparing your piece for broadcast. The intention of this workshop is to create new works to air on WPEB. At the time of registration participants must submit a short description of their idea for the instructor to review prior to the start of class.
